Can you tell how long this strip took? lol I hope not.

I feel like John always looks like such a douche in my strips. He's really not (I think) even though he appears that way. It's super hard to draw emotions on him though, coz of his eyes (that's what happens when you draw someones eyes as 2 slits).

Anyway, I think I may submit some of my strips to a manga contest. Not really expecting anything out of it, the deadline is in 10 days, while many people have been working on it for 6 months, I'm quickly putting together a profile in 10 days, so there's no way I'll get anything out of it. But then again, I decided that I can't just be blogging all day hoping to get discovered, I need to try for myself!

The bright side is, all of the extra strips I draw for the contest will be posted on here, so I'll have plenty of new strips once I'm done! Wish me luck guys!
