Trip to Shikoku

Hey everyone! I've been away from the duck for a while, tsk tsk to me. I've definitely been enjoying life too much it seems.

Anyway, I went to the Kagawa Prefecture of the Shikoku Islands. Super random trip (tickets to everywhere else were sold out tee hee!). But it ended up being one of the best trips of my life!

Shikoku is famous for it's udon, and boy was that udon good. I seriously felt like I had never had udon until this trip.

The area is also famous because the sculptor Isamu Noguchi has a museum there. White sandy beaches and a beautiful ocean, also hardly any tourists, truelly a beautiful area of Japan!

There also are a bunch of little islands. I only had time to go to one, which was Shodoshima, an island famous for olives (why!?) and soy sauce. Unfortunately there were no olives because they begin harvesting them at the beginning of October, and selling them later. Boo!

But all in all it was a great trip! Ok I have a cold so I need to sleep, but I'll update again soon!

Oh btw, what is this 24 hour comic thing I hear about!? it seems interesting. I obviously have been away too long, any updates would be appreciated!

Love you all!
