Because all of you, and by all of you I mean 1 person like a year ago, demanded it, more Joykill!

While the scene is slightly exaggerated, this really happened at my last
job. Someone actually parked IN the cart corral, even with carriages
still in it. Something that stupid deserves it's own strip.
