A foster kid but not an orphan. Hmm… doesn't sound like one of them magical fantasy situations where he's a prince but doesn't know it.
On the previous page I asked what you guys thought Otto's age is, and it looks like I did a decent job designing him because most of the guesses at DeviantART were around the area I imagined him to be: late '30s, early '40s.
