This is a made up movie in the background, by the way. Obviously a really dumb action flick with all the cliche lines.
Still, Otto seems a little disturbed by it, and probably a little irritated by his coworker's yammering.
I
used to overhear my brother and his friends and boys at school playing
games back in the day, and they were always riffing on each other
regardless of whether or not they were new to the group. I never
understood that sort of behavior, but at least most of them grow out of it.
