I
guess you can't blame the cops for believing Tom given they're the ones
in the suits and Otto's the stranger who's yelling things.

myyyy. Robots don't lie, but Blue clearly did earlier. Truly she's a new
generation of 'bot. But we'll talk more about that a little later in
the comic.
Blue almost seems defiant in that last panel there. No stare from Tom's gonna stop the little lady.
