Why I haven't updated in many months: I started this page way back in March, and was making good progress on it until April when, WAM. Hit with anxiety. And I'm not talking general, 'worried' anxiety, I'm talking CLINICAL anxiety. I was smitten with the unfounded fear that if I stood for too long I would pass out, that if I ate the wrong thing I would have an adverse reaction. And yes, that's why I've been lacking putting art up for a while.
Luckily, I started seeing a naturopath (no drugs in this body, thank you very much) and a CBT, and I can control it now, but it's a daily process/struggle.
