I wonder if this will work. It's supposed to be a .GIF file so it should be animated.

I really believe that lights are a major problem in the world.
A large part of the oil in the world is wasted on 'over illumination' (using too many lights for a small area) if lights are set up correctly to be more efficient there are many upsides.

1. Astronomers will be able to see the stars
2. Less waste
3. Less sleep deprivation.

Does anyone have a street lamp that shines into their window?
