LICC began on a "silly posting board" called the Phantom Returns Of The Empire's New Hope which featured people posting as various people & characters. LICC grew out of an attempt by some to create a plot & storyline. Had I realized that the story would take off like it did I probably would not have used Old DC Fan as a character since he was just a comic fan who had access to a lot of items from DC Comics stories.
