Evil Comic Fan

Evil Comic Fan was the evil counterpart to Old DC Fan. Now don't panic. I know the idea of comic fan using his knowledge of comics for evil is scary, but he's just a work of fiction! ;-)

The first time I left LICC I wrote out Old DC Fan & Evil Comic Fan by having caught by a bounty hunter for their theft of items from the DC Universe & they were both serving 5-10 years. ;-)
