I was visiting a fellow posters site when the counter said, "You are Visitor Number 25" & I thought, "What a great name for a random character!".
The personality of the character changed a bit as I wrote him. Eventually I decided he was an interdimensional visitor exploring the LICCverse.
Oddly he was the first of my LICC characters to appear in The KAMics.
