Why Hasn't The Blade Of Toshubi Updated?

I sent this to Toshubi as a possible April Fools Day comic. Never heard back from him so I have no idea if he's even seen it yet. Ah, well.
The real reason seems to be writers block with some other problems sprinkled in.
