How to describe these Agents? 'The Wrong Arm of the Law'?

I forgot to give a big thanks to everyone who voted for this comic in the DD Awards this year! Very surprised and happy to get those nominations, including 'best comic strip' - even though this thing has wandered into more 'story' territory lately.

I'm up against Life and Death, often the number 1 comic on the site, so that's amazing. Thanks again for that, and thanks for reading!
