This sequence changed a bit from when I scripted it.  The problem was fitting the dialogue at the right points.  However, I think I should clarify Time and Laser's powers here:
He is not as powerful as Tempore when it comes to his energy mannipulation.  His blasts are more like Cyclops from X-Men than the Silver Surfer.  However, he does have time mannipulation powers, and should become capable of slowing time a bit and stopping it for short periods eventually, but at the momnet uses such aspects to better increase his reaction time.  Tempore's comment is to the fact that, if Time and Laser masters his power, the man can be as powerful as Tempore.
