The progression of drunkenness.  I like the idea of this page.  Eiderdown is a lightweight when it comes to drinking–and don't think I wasn't thinking of it as a pun when I came up with the page.  Still, I would believe her tolerance is better than mine.  I don't know, not being a drinker (at all).  But it looks like she got up on that pool table, anyways.
 
Fun fact: the dark red in the background is supposed to have been bricks this entire time.  I just lack the patience to draw them in, so it all looks solid (and you can tell I neglect to draw a lot of details from time to time).  I've been thinking of adding some photos of the real 501 when this issue is finished, but we'll see.  I definitely want to do some better little extra than my usual "Hello reader, buy my stuff" approach I've had.
 
Also, we have another cameo on this page: Jenny Everywhere!  That lovable Shifter is an open source character and so I jumped at the chance to use her.  The disclaimer for her is on the title page (page 3 of this issue).  Also, Eiderdown is supposed to be kissing the guy in red, though it looks a little odd, I realize.  Seems she's also more lucky in romantic entanglements than me (possibly because she's drunk and doesn't have all the added inhibitions I have).
