Top page: I realized after doing this page that the friend is colored like the thug at the beginning.  They're not the same person.
But here we see the Swimmer with her friend.  Kalee is short for Immookalee, the Swimmer's real name.  Also, I didn't color the TV because it's in black and white (actually, I was running late and didn't want to come up with colors for the newscaster–it hopefully works this way).
 
Bottom page: Here we see three characters from Apple of Discord as Tempore enters the events of the 2009 Halloween Cameo Caper.  What hijinks ensue?  Stick around to find out.
