Top page: It's actually difficult to write his dialogue at times.  I'm verbose and often use words everyday that others don't understand.  The challenge was to scale back that for this, to leave what seems like somebody who may have learned English decently well, but doesn't yet have the complex words or syntax down.  He still speaks English better than I speak, say, Spanish.
 
Bottom page: To imagine how brutal this wound is, think of it oozing red, not white.  It's not red, because Tempore has white blood.  He's not from Earth, after all, and doesn't have such human physiology as one that would require iron-rich blood.
I'm terrible at comedy, though (as people may be able to tell), so the physical comedy here seems forced to me.  The pie is relevent to the 2010 Halloween Cameo Caper, but it can still seem a little too random here–like the "comedy" in a Friedberg and Seltzer movie.  But I guess it should count that I'm trying.
