I'm putting together a crossover project for next year that will run through multible comics and hopefully benefit the Hero Initiative.  If you're interested in participating, e-mail me at karamesser@hotmail.com or PQ me on this site.

Top page: We are now getting into backstory again.  It's interesting to do it with the Runner's narration, because I found that some explanations are better with more complicated words.  But further reason for the fact that his people are isolated from humans will be made apparent soon.  Still, they do interact with the species that have more regular contact with humans, like the mermaid you see there.  This is how they can know about human culture while remaining separate from it.

Bottom page: You know, I still need to work on how I draw Life, if I want to keep putting him in.  It's hard to get it right how the mask will work along with the hood, but at least I'm making a better effort to draw the sleeves right, since Joff often draws them long, so Bobby's hands are obscured.
Also, it's pretty obvious who just attacked Tempore.  That first sentence he is saying is something I had to look up, because I wanted it to actually be a Danish expletive, but I don't know any Danish (though I do know a Swedish expletive, but that's different).  Note that I originally bumped this comic to a T rating because I had Tempore say "Damn" and didn't feel that would be in an E comic.  However, foreign cursing is fair game to me and won't bump this comic to an M because of my arbitrary considerations.  It's not like I censor cursing in this, but I do make an excuse.  The only reason why you don't see cursing much in this comic is primarily because I don't cuss and passed that trait onto my main heroes.
