Is there any other way the cops would have seen the situation?  This can't bode well for Eiderdown's relationship with the police.
 
Panel 4 was supposed to show Fractal's entire costume, but I drew the character too big.  So you don't see the shoes here, but you've seen them before.  Pictures like this are in part ones I would hope other artists would use for reference, since it shows so much of the costume (and people seem to have problems drawing Fractal's costume).
