This is the hallmark of a TRUE hero–not the ability to punch out all the powerful villains, but the ability to uplift others.  It's all about making others feel better and to acknowledge others' worth.  Victory shows how true of a hero he is here, and Julie needed it.  This was done by Chris V.  Check out his comic Victory (http://victorycomic.comicgenesis.com).
