Page 19: Crossover Melee 3 - Time

It really is difficult to fight someone who can travel through time.  Yet again he gets himself out of a bind by creating a time loop.  The poor Runner–he had no idea this guy could do that.
 
Strangleweed was first used in the Superherouniverse.com message boards story, to temporarily incapacitate Shai'tan.  The premise behind it is to hold them short-term.  It may be fast-growing and entangling, but it's also a seaweed, which means it also dies quickly out of the sea.  Still, the potential lethality (it is very constricting, which means only people with high durability can withstand it–and it could also easily choke someone) means the Runner doesn't generally use it.
