Page 25: Crossover Melee 3 - Time

I wanted to explain things here, in a sense.  Sais (I think I'm remembering what I'd been told right) were a weapon used primarily to break swords.  Claws are an extrapolation, but it works.  I like to think the villain's problem here is in underestimating.  He didn't realize Time-Rider might out-think him so simply.  Now he's out of weapons, having to rely on his (formidable) powers.
