Page 28: Crossover Melee 3 - Time

Rule of three here.  That trick worked the last two times, but now he isn't successful.  Why?  Next update will explain.  But yeah, this long sequence of fighting this villain is wrapping up.  Then we can move on to other things I want to do for this part of the Crossover Melee stuff–like actually tying it in to Crossover Melee.  Also, do you like my attempt at actual backgrounds in most every panel?  I can only get good at them if I actually do them, after all.
