Page 32: Crossover Melee 3 - Time

I wanted to get Captain Midnight into his current costume.  Like I said before, he was in his first ever outfit.  His creator sent me a picture of what his current outfit looks like, so I needed to get him there.  Plus, it was a nice segue into getting the characters into a single time period.  But it looks like there's more to this than they must have thought.
 
As a little bonus to speculate: where do you think they were BEFORE getting anchored in time?  This page, except for the last panel, is all in the same time period and location.
