Hmm, more information about Fractal here, but still very cryptic.  Also, that villain design looks kinda silly to me.  I guess I'm not all that good at designing them.  Really, the best part is the mouth.  It's possible I should have colored him black, to make the red really pop, but that's why I gave him the hoodie–it's supposed to allude to the fact that he'll sometimes hide in the shadows, just the eyes and mouth seen.
