So, I get another page into the Caper, and still no cameo. But we do get another situation: witness Shelterville, the site of the first Halloween Cameo Caper 10 years ago… what's it doing in the center of Oz?

Also, I wanted to say: that last panel was quite something to do. There's a reason I shy away from backgrounds. But then again, I have gotten far better at people, so maybe I should give the same sort of attention to backgrounds and maybe something good can happen.
