So, this is the malfunctioning security android from area 10 of the first floor. She is the one who disabled H34th3r.

Strangely enough, the physical description says she looks tore up and "badly damaged" but her stat block shows she is actually undamaged and in perfectly fine fighting form, so all the damage she has taken is superficial and cosmetic. She has a piece of broken pipe and a paralysis pistol and is lying in the dark so she normally gets a first surprise shot before the fight even starts, so she can be a tough opponent, especially if the PCs haven't faced many androids yet and don't know their few weaknesses.
