I created a new banner for this comic since I am experimenting with styles (yes, even my art style is changing and I'm wondering how long I will continue to use watercolor/gouache/ink on bristol.

Actually a little side story for this strip, I was cleaning up my room when I dropped my Kingdom Hearts game into a large bowl of water that I had been using to paint. I saved my game, but the splash from the water destroyed the entire strip 120. The ink smeared and everything was ruined. What I have here is my redrawing/painting/inking of the original and I think it came out pretty nicely.

I have been wondering lately if the format of my comic is allowed to change just as I am continuously changing. Typically my medium is constantly changing depending on my mood or whether I love to use colors or just want black and white.

Last week I almost experimented with changing the font on this page but then I thought it would throw the whole uniformity off – but then again, this is a webcomic! I want to be completely liberated from the constraints of consistency.

The entire scenario of the Japan trip was written back in April when I first thought about scenes for KD but part of me just wants to get out of Japan and get back to the States so she can just be a regular college girl, drop all the guys and do real-life things (ie be contemplative and all that jazz).

This weekend is going to be one of the most exciting ones since I'll be down in San Diego for the Comic Convention. However, this is putting a crutch on my schedule with all the comic deadlines I need to complete before boarding the train to SD.

So whether it's a change of medium, font, art style, layout, or storyline, please bare with me because part of me is ready for change.

Thank you again, so much, for reading!!
