Note: The XY Files box in the background is where I put the guys in the previous story and then shipped it off to a public storage facility. Yeah…getting rid of the past is only that easy in my dreams.

I apologize for the sudden cliffhanger, but honestly I would have jumped off a cliff if I continued to make the Japan story arc continue to run. The characters did not inspire me as they did in the previous story arcs. I need to be passionate about my subjects in order for the art and story to flow better.

You will soon discover that the main protagonist, Leona, will be shifted to present day (where she is on her own and happy) giving her space to live independently with the opportunity for new stories to develop.

Two entries ago, I mentioned how I was going to experiment with different comic art techniques. This is the first break away from the original format - notice the font and the bubbles.
