[342] What a Difference One Year Makes - 1st Anniversary

Before I started on Friday's update, I scrolled back to the first page and realized that I started KD one year ago, today. I decided to take a break from the current story arc to redraw and rewrite one of my older pages in my current style.

During Spring Break of 2007, I was in college and living in LA in a small apartment when I decided that I was going to begin a webcomic. One year later, I am waiting to receive my undergraduate Bachelors degree in June, living completely on the other side of the world in a pretty nice place and still writing and drawing that same silly webcomic.

For me, the time I have spent working on this story has been one of the most rewarding and fulfilling things I have ever done in my life. I also love the community of other comic artists that I have met on this site because I would not be where I am now if it weren't for readers or the daily comments that make this all worthwhile.

So thank you, all of you, for reading. It means more to me than I could ever type in one sentence.
