Naze Nani: setting

As I mentioned before (I think), I've decided to put the relevant Naze Nani(s) at the end of chapters so as to not interfere with the flow of the story. This one goes into depth (for a webcomic) about the current political/sociological scene for the setting. We also finally have a solid year to work with! All I own are the characters that have shown up so far (with the exception of Sonnet and Kiyoko).
