And now we see the reason for Samantha's headache. Ran (Japanese for chaos) is THE most powerful psychokinetic on Earth. He also happens to be the most insane psychokinetic on Earth. I'll go more in depth on him in a Naze Nani at the end of the chapter, but just keep this in mind: He's the only one to make the Empress (the one Samantha was cloned from) flee from battle. Ever.
