Title is a parody of S4 ep title Grande Size Me. Yeas, I DID say I was only gonna Lampoon KP ep titles in season four… but I Only did, what, Three title lampoons… If That?

And So Flushing Kim Down the toilet resulted in this: Giant Monster Kim… Supreme. Blame the SBEmail unnatural for the reason behind all this… Though I did want to do a " One Character's got huge" as the Season 2 plot and didn't do it - opting for the crappy "destroy Eggman or wash Lizzie McGuire's underpants" plot.
