No, the old man isn't the monster in the previous page.

This is actually the second version of this page. The first one didn't have the coin panel, and the pop thingy was in a different position. The KinTori person also looked like a girl then and his collar was different. The old man also had a walking stick then, but I made him raise up his hands in joy in this version.
