So I deleted my comments, your comments, and the wonderful ratings you gave me… and all the warm, fuzzy feel good vibes we had on that page just so I could add the kid's bracelet.
Like Lilac said, you can change the page without erasing the comments by clicking on Edit in My Controls->Your comic->Comic Pages->Edit. Hope that helped.
