Terminal
on

Hmmm, I got featured yesterday. Which was utterly cool, and totally increased my page views.

Now with that being said, I made this on that occasion, it's a model of some hallway at the Tom Bradley International Terminal. Now, here's how accurate it is, here's a picture. Compare for yourself. The textures were actually made (with some crazy photoshop edits by me.) from that very same picture.

Now here's the juicy part. Ever been to Universal Studios? If you have you've probably been in the backlot, where you can see all these realistic street scenes and sets (the War of the Worlds' Crash set and New York Street for instance.) you'll notice that the detail is purely exterior, with no depth to the inside. That is what I did with this model, only the front looks good. As seen here. The back is a mess (with scattered textures used as testing), the wall on the side (not seen in the real picture) has no texture (that was because I didn't have any, I was working with what was seen in the picture). And this, if you were wondering. There is nothing more to the model.

Cheers.
