This was a really fun story to write. I found I enjoy putting in lots of story twists into each episode. There's nothing more boring than a story where you can easily guess what happens next, and I'm hoping that Lancaster getting kicked out of town would come out of left field and shock all 12 of my readers.

Plus this really let me expand the universe a bit and bring in new characters that wouldn't otherwise fit in to the story.

Fun Fact: The armadillo in the crowd of townspeople was originally a ghost character for a Lancaster story I never wrote, but I wanted to use him anyway.
