What's this? The plot thickens, like a skittle full of Hamburger Helper!

I think the addition of Terrance to the main cast was a really good idea, as it gives Lancaster some contrast to his character. Lancaster was written as the knowledgeable optimist, and having Terry as a sourpuss who is with him almost against his will kind of expands on both of their personalities.

As with most writers, I like to put a bit of myself in each character; with Lancaster, I put in a healthy dose of my optimism, and with Terrance I put in the part of me that wants to just stay at home and not get involved with anything.

There's another character I put a whole lot of myself into, but he hasn't been introduced to you yet. I think he's my favorite character of all, and I hope you'll like him, too.

Oh, also: My buddy HPK colored this page for me. Didn't he do an outstanding job?!
