You see these little fellas? I love them. Almost as much as Edvard. I think maybe it's because they're so much fun to draw. I wanted to come up with a little creature-thingie that can be both cuddly and scary, and I think the Weavers fit that bill perfectly.

Plus, I can draw any kind I want! The basic idea behind the Weavers is that they look like they were culled together from leftover scraps from a sewing kit. This way, I can draw any kind of Weaver I want. One eye? Sure! Two beaks? You bet! Four arms, two pockets, no legs and a short stubby tail? I'm all up ons.

I'm looking forward to Episode 9 where I can draw them a lot more. I hope you like the Weavers, too!
