Every time I try to think about important life decision I just end up listening to an endlessly repeating tape of my grandfather telling me every bit of old wisdom he had except for the one piece that might actually help me. Usually what happens is I go through the list until I find the one that's missing.

I'm pretty sure I'm alone in this strange phenomenon, but I'm sure other people have odd ways of making their decisions.
