Sorry for the late update gang. I've been sick as can be all week and it finally caught up to me. Anyway, here you go. Another byproduct of my sickness-induced insane ramblings.

For the record, those are indeed carrots there and I do not know what purpose they were being used for. However, it seems pretty obvious to me that whoever that guy is, he seems to have pissed off someone with a sense of humour ( A rather sick sense of humour at that and I want to meet this person.). To tie someone up and leave them for the police to find is cruel enough, but to do whatever involved an octopus and carrots is just downright evil. but at least they did it with smiles.
