Ear Gauges

I blame ozoneocean for this one. I came up with it while staring at at his character pinky's ear gauges ( I'd link it, but just about everyone knows what Pinky TA is. ). It's the first idea I've ever had spwan from looking at someone else's work. Ear gauges are something I'm not sure if they're interesting or gross, but I'm always astounded by the seemingly endless number of options people have when they get them. It seems like every time I see someone with them they've got some new style of gauges that looks even stranger than the previous one. I won't be surprised if some day we start seeing car rim spinners in them.

In the news: for the next couple of weeks I'm going to be switching back to my old schedule of every weekday and optional Saturdays and Sundays. I absolutely hate doing this, but for the next couple of weeks while I finish up the semester I'm going to have to. In addition, I also need to have some extra time here to build up a buffer to get us through the end of the summer while I'm away from the computer moving to a new city ( I'm not sure I'll be able to make enough comics to cover the entire time, but I'll try to get close. So anyone interested can do a guest strip if they'd like and it'll be a free plug for them. ). I really truly do hate the idea of dropping days from my update schedule, so this should only last for the next 3 or 4 weeks until the semester is over and I can spend more time on Last Words. I'll be trying to get content up on weekends when possible as per the previous schedule and I'll be switching back to the daily schedule as soon as possible.
