I Play With Crayons!

While out walking through the mall today I happened to see a kid wearing one of those shirts with the "witty" phrases that used to be cool because almost nobody had them, but have now become so common-place that we all have the phrase memorized. The particular one I happened to see was one which stated, "you're not the brightest crayon in the box." So looking at this amazing cliche, I decided, would it not be better to create something based from this shirt that's a little more original? Then I got distracted by the Hot Topic store, specifically the amazing variety of shirts with ripped off slogans and artwork within Hot Topic ( I'm afraid to go in. I think my legs might stick to the floor permanently were I to step in the store. ). later while I was sitting there in the mall doing drawings of people as they passed for some practice, I decided to take these old captions and see if there was any way at all to make them sound more intelligent and less over-used by approaching them from a different perspective. Whether or not I succeeded with this one, I'll leave up to you guys.
