My apologies for my tardiness with todays comic guys. For those who don't know about what's happening in the Midwest, there have been constant rain storms and tornadoes for the last week which are causing massive flooding all over the state of Iowa and have been continuously cutting off power and making life in general very difficult for most and downright deadly for a lot of others. While I don't live in Cedar Rapids, I do live in the area in which the Cedar River will eventually drain into which is right along the Mississippi River ( Though, I prefer not to name any specific towns here. ). While there hasn't been any major flooding here yet, last night we were hammered by yet another storm which hit hard enough that my computer monitor was putting on a little light show through the surge protector as I was shutting it down. So, today's comic is coming to you a little bit late as a result. But given the general atmosphere around me, I felt a little light-hearted heavenly humor was in order.
