Recently, I've been discussing the possibility of syndication and publishing with one of my local zines. I was going to wait until the deal was cemented to announce it, but as I've decided to call it off, now seems a good a time as any to announce it. I made this decision after I read the contract they wanted me to sign in order to publish Last Words in their pages. I decided that there was absolutely no reason why I should give them 75% of all profits made from my work along with renaming the comic ( There's no point in me taking 25% of nothing when I already make 100% of it. ). While it would give me a temporarily wider readership, I don't want to be forced to make Last Words more "family friendly". I've tried that route for the last week or two and I find it rather unsatisfactory to me. So I've decided to do things my way, without editors, without outsides ideas and without a clue. Because, while I'm not going to say I'd do this if nobody read it, ( To say that would be a bold-faced line of BS. ) I do make this comic primarily as a hobby and I can be more than patient enough to wait for better opportunities and it's entirely a learning experience for me as I hone my skills in art and humor.

Or at least that's my excuse for doing this all the time.
