Do you think self-restraint is a cornerstone of being civilized and human?

Speaking of things, I spent the day driving around and I was really tired. I got home to change my clothes, as usual, and ended up walking around the entire day with my shirt inside out. I found out once everyone had gone to bed.

Now I know why everyone kept laughing when they saw me.
