I like it when I fall asleep how I can feel the weight of my body. In the morning when I am constantly expending energy I tend to forgot about my physicality.

So when I sleep and feel my shoulder weighing down I suddenly become aware that my existence includes the physical part of myself.

Losing an arm, losing a leg. Yet when we lose our memories and mind it's quite fearful. It's like how a living brain doesn't seem like such a terrible ordeal but an android with our body but without our mind fails to define us.
