This is Gale. Her real name is Gail. She controls air (not the weather). She can blow you away or suck all the air out of you. She can also fly on the wind, that's why she has those wing type flappy things. Her character page has a better shot of her costume design (which I originally created back in 1992 when she was part of a different team). That's nine of the Urban Legends I've introduced. I'll post the last one on Friday.
