Here's the latest page of Kid Sparrow. If you want to see it in colour you'll have to click the link below. This is how I make my pages now. It's all done digitally. I start with a rough panel layout first (not shown here) that is completely editable so no more need for page thumbnail sketches. Then I rough in the blue pencils. They actually start out a lot rougher than this but I didn't save any images of it before I started to detail it. Next I add in the perspective lines. This sure makes backgrounds a lot easier (though mine are never that complicated). I finish with the digital inking stage where sometimes a little of the detail gets added. I'm using this same process for the Urban Legends. Oh yeah, did I mention? I've restarted issue #2 and things are going a lot smoother this time around.
