One of the longest-running plans for the comic’s future has been to have the epilogue hand-drawn. Initially, I thought I’d pay someone to draw it. Then I was thinking about asking Micah do it for free, like the good friend I am. But after the #300 milestone he drew, I decided it would be better to save anyone the pain of working with me and just learn how to do it myself. Besides, learning how to draw could come in handy someday, right?

I was inspired to do the epilogue as all hand-drawn by the final page(s) of 8-Bit Theater, and later on, Micah would do the same with the last page of Chrono Redux. Good to know I don’t have to worry about ever overshadowing them with my artwork, eh?
